SafeSnap provides a service that analyzes photos uploaded by users to identify potential visual clues that could reveal the geographic location where the photo was taken. The Service provides a risk assessment based on this analysis.

Pricing for credits or subscriptions is available on our website. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process the photo to provide the Service requested by you. This license terminates when the photo processing is complete and the photo is deleted according to our data retention practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Our Service: The Service and its original content (excluding photos uploaded by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LUX GLOBAL LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS INTENDED AS A TOOL TO ASSIST YOU IN ASSESSING PRIVACY RISKS, BUT IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF PRIVACY OR SECURITY. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUX GLOBAL LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ANALYSIS RESULTS); AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LUX GLOBAL LTD and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content (including photos) you upload to the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
